Full Service Device-to-Device Interoperability Testing
The full service device-to-device interoperability test performs a comprehensive interoperability test between two Z-Wave products. The test covers an analysis of the setup process of the products and the day-to-day operations highlighting any possible interoperability issues. If any problems are observed during the testing of the product, we will provide step-by-step instructions to re-create the problem and provide recommendations on how the problem can be resolved.
Z-Wave Certification Readiness Assessment
The certification readiness assessment will test your product to determine its readiness for Z-Wave Certification, and provide guidance on how to resolve any problems keeping the device from being certified. In addition to a full test report outlining any potential problems, you will also receive a Z-Wave Certification form filled out and ready to submit for your product, and a CTT (Compliance Test Tool) solution to submit along with your product that will help expedite the certification testing process.
Z-Wave Certification Management Package
The Z-Wave Certification management package includes a full certification assessment as described above, and if your product is ready for certification, provides full management of the certification process. You only need to provide us with technical contacts inside your company that we can consult in case any problems are found during certification. We will handle all communication with the Z-Wave Certification Manager and test houses.
Extended RF Testing
The RF performance of a Z-Wave device is an all important factor for how well the device is performing and will be perceived by the customers. Ensuring that your product is a capable and reliable RF performer will ensure that you can focus on the core functionality of the product. The extended RF testing performed at the interoperability lab goes well beyond the Z-Wave certification requirements. It lets you know if your device is directional, and what can be expected in terms of maximum and representative range of the device.
The Z-Wave Interoperability Lab offers you the most comprehensive Z-Wave test environment possible. Contact us to see how we can help your product plans succeed.
